"Bought the $58 diagnostic/repair deal from E Appliance.  Set up a date/time.  Office lady was helpful in that when I had to reschedule the date she did so with no problem.  Joseph came out (about 10 minutes after the scheduled window) and gave us an honest diagnostic: our oven is very old (50 years maybe?) and the needed parts are no longer available.  That's all we needed to hear because now we get to have it replaced by our home insurance!  Quick and tidy service.  Thanks!

"Larry is the consummate pro. He's like the Holmes on Holmes of appliance repair. My most recent job (I have used him for 3 years) is the first time he was stumped by one of my appliances. The first solution he thought would work didn't, but then he was at the ready, ordering the correct parts as quickly as possible (My oven is older and harder to get parts for on the fly) and even offering to cover the costs of the first round of parts since they weren't the correct solution. They came a 2 man team. One got his shoes muddy and walked through house without the shoes on to go to his car to get new clean pair of shoes. We have LG appliances and it was not easy to find a shop that could do LG. These guys dont seem to care what the brand is. No problem. I would highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to call them again."
