We tried getting estimates from other companies who either never returned our call or quoted us exorbitant prices for basic work. Absolute Pools promptly returned our call, Chris came out the next day for an estimate, and the team began work within 2 weeks!! Noe guided us through the project daily and he let us know ahead of time of unexpected repairs. Their pricing was very fair. We are thrilled with how our pool looks. They used fiberglass, gave us all new plumbing, a new light, and beautiful tile. It is fully up to code and GORGEOUS!! We highly recommend Absolute Pools. "I contacted them for a quote and they called me within 10 minutes. Explained what they would do and the cost. (I also had two other quotes, 1 company was a little more expensive, the other quoted long distance rate). We set the date and they explained the cancellation policy. They called the day before the move to re-confirm the time and asked if I had any questions. The next morning two young men, Jason and Serge, arrived on time. They were prompt, professional, hard workers and had a great sense of humor. We walked through the house so they would understand what was being moved. And then they started. They worked fast but were very careful in wrapping and organizing everything. Once loaded, we headed to the new place. Several items needed to be moved out to go to another location which they did very quickly. Then everything was unloaded, we headed to a second location to drop off items and pick one up to return to the condo. Everything was moved without a dent, nick, chip or any breakage. They arranged furniture for me and put together things they had taken apart. They did the complete job in just 5 hours. I would absolutely hire this company again. I was very pleased with them."

"They had to do a lot of things.  Most of the people I worked with were great.  It took three months to finish the work.  They were all ready to go ahead and do the work.  They were responsive and tried to figure out what to do.  It was not entirely a perfect process.  Most of the part it was not their fault.  There was some frustration at times.  The pool, however, looks great.  The person I contacted in the company was super responsive.  She was great.  They were definitely responsive.  They did what they needed to do.  When we filled the pool it did not fill up since the pool was leaking.  They had to completely redo it.  It turned out that the electrostatic value was left open.  I had to keep filling the pool until they figured out the problem and got an extra $300 water bill."

"They grew kind of too big and got a little too expensive for us, but we always got good service from them. We used them as a monthly service and I think it was around $100 a month, and when they needed to do work, they charged us for whatever it was. It wasn't a really good deal but it wasn't a bad deal either. They are reliable and they know what they are doing. They are knowledgeable."

"Installed ceiling fan explaining option pertaining to electrical switches which I liked. Installed CFCI switch and replaced existing light fixture. I did supply the ceiling fan, light fixture and CFCI switch which was my choice. He did quote me $150 to $200 and we did get charged the $200. I think I should have clarified in the pricing prior to contract if the CFCI switch would have been included in pricing. Worked diligently for 3 hours and the time frame was 3-4 hrs."

The technician responded quickly, however, further assessment determined I needed more service to be performed than originally requested. The technician came equipped with the additional parts needed to perform the additional service. My account was charged for the increased service cost and later I was contacted by the admin (first) then the technician (second) later stating the amount charged to my account was incorrect due to an error in addition.
