The man who found the turn off valve asked about my water heater. Where was it. He decided that the updated code required a tank to be installed above the water heater. When they did the job of replacing the water line in my front yard, they also put box with a turn off valve in the ground in front of my home. They were very neat and cleaned up after the job was done. All of the men who came here to work were very polite, nice guys."

"Everyone was professional, prompt and couteous. However, the inspector didn't have a ladder when he arrived. Apparentlyl I was suposed to tell them they needed to bring a ladder. He offered to come back with a ladder, but upon further questioning, it turns out that unless your attic is finished or has walking boards installed, they can't go up there at all. They just shine the light around and look for signs."
