"Cole Electric has good communication with the customer from your first inquiry, email & text follow up . They requested photos of what I need to address so they understand all aspects of the job. The office contacted me to say the electrician could arrive early. The 2 electricians were professional knowledgeable and addressed my concerns. The ceiling fan installed by someone else was missing screws on the down rod as well as other things not done correctly. They replaced the missing screws, rebuilt the fan and reinstalled it. No more wobble. The 2 under cabinet light fixtures were installed perfectly, no extra cables showing. You get what you pay for and Cole Electric electricians do the job right the first time. I recommend this company and will use them again."

"I recently purchased an older home and all of the major MEP systems are 45 years old. So when I ordered all new appliances, I didn't hold much hope that "installation included" would get me far. Sure enough, I quickly found myself with a house full of brand new, functionally useless, machines. Ahmad responded to my call, came immediately and worked 12 hours straight. They ran new cables, installed new outlet boxes and even got all the old appliances out of the house. I'm definitely bringing them back for additional work. I'm thrilled with the results and they have my highest recommendation."

"Opened door to breaker box to see if any were tripped. Did NOT remove panel or trace short at box. Removed switch cover plate and loosened switch in question. Told me it was a 3 way switch and so we went to another room and flipped some switches to find out that one of the switches was in the off position causing the lights to stay off. Pushed the switch and all was good. The effort took less than 30 minutes total. Invoiced $215. Nice guy but charge was excessive."

"Install Electrical Switches, Outlets, and Fixtures. Work was done well, bit pricey, but they work with you on financing which helped, Work done same day just before Thanksgiving. Had Wayne explain the intricacies of the job in layman's terms when he gave estimates. They are great in what they do, William, Deonte and Stephen did the job. I will be using them again."

"I am happy to recommend TriUs. The responded to my call quickly and professionally. A fire at a power substation knocked out our power and the resulting surge fried outlets in my family room. It could have caused a house fire! The outlets were replaced and a couple of other issues addressed. He was able to install a whole house surge protector so this should not happen again. On time, professional, reasonably priced, friendly; I am so pleased with today's service that I plan on scheduling them to install a whole house generator in the near future!"

"I needed Intermatic on/off switch installed for Polaris pool cleaner. They got the job done on short notice. Did excellent work at a fair price. Would use Norva Electric again."

"They did a great job with my rough in electrical. Fast, efficient, and reasonable."

"Beyond expectations and will use again"

"Brian is an absolute master of his craft! I recently hired him to install a home Tesla Charger. From start to finish, Brianâ s expertise, and professionalism was great. His work was top-quality, and he took the time to explain everything he did. I highly recommend Brian for any electrical needs. He's a true pro, and his work is exceptional."

"Got the additional power outlet installed in the bathroom within 3 days of my request. Jason came and gave me available options and I chose the least expensive option without having to run new wiring from the panel. I will call Jason again for future electrical jobs."
