When a commercial carpet cleaning company, hired by the landlord, cleaned the carpet, it was a wet and vacuum. We know, because we hired the same company when we moved out of our previous apartment. David has a four step process that works so much better, because it doesn't leave soap in the carpeting. The stains were completely gone! During our final walk-through, our landlord was amazed.
