He then becomes overwhelmed faced with fixing everything from using rusting fencing to building in an air ventilator askew so its not facing the window. Then he finally takes the money and runs. Telling you he will come and fix it next week.... Meanwhile I had to get his hacked workmanship fixed properly by others."

"Jim, Ryan, John, Jay and team were fantastic. This is the second time we have hired a Britton team. We have always been very pleased with the work from the scoping of the project to the renovation process, completion and even the final punch list. Both projects were on time and on budget. The project that was just completed involved multiple out-sourcing as well. All was handled smoothly and professionally. Alex is honest, skilled, professional, punctual, tidy and pleasant. He refaced the cabinets, removed a valance and other useless cabinet toppers (I don't know what they're called), built and installed new cabinet doors and installed pull out drawers in the bottom cabinets. He arrived on time each day and cleaned up afterwards. He did a beautiful job. There was a small nick on one of the cabinet doors that I probably wouldn't have noticed, but he noticed and ordered a replacement. As soon as it arrived, he contacted me about replacing it.
