Matt sent his team out on Monday and the A/Cs were up and running in about 40 minutes. There was no leak. They worked beautifully all summer. "Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"I had a written estimate within 24 hours of my initial phone call to them for a complete HVAC replacement. The estimator arrived on time and made a point of first listening to what I thought I needed and what I wanted to get from my new system. He then gathered details of what was existing and came up with a proposal based on what was needed as well as my concerns. the installers were on time, they cleaned up extremely well when finished and the equipment looked great. They made a follow up call after a few day's to make sure all went well and asked if I had any concerns or issue. I did not. In my own job I manage 15 installers and technicians and I know very well what good customer service is. George's delivered by all measures and I would readily recommend them to anyone."
