"Everything about the job that Mike Bauman and the Bauman Remodeling team did was SUPERIOR! We were in a position to need our bathroom remodeled, including walls, converting a tub to a shower, new lighting, new fixtures and complete tiling within a tight time frame. It started with Mike's responsiveness and positive approach to doing the job for us when most companies did not make themselves available. We also found that we could on his experience and good taste for design ideas. He managed to line up everyone (plumber, electrician, tiler) with precision so that the job was actually completed AHEAD OF SCHEDULE!!! We couldn't be more pleased with the job they did, particularly the tile work. In the past, we've made the mistake of going with the least expensive quote and paid the price in poor workmanship. While Bauman Remodeling is not the least expensive, they are reasonable (not the most expensive quote either) and worth every penny to have quality workmanship and a beautiful bathroom! We're going to hire Bauman Remodeling for all our bath and kitchen remodeling in the future!"

"I had an excellent experience with The Curtice Group. I would highly recommend them and I'd use them again for a future project. We utilized the full design to build service to add a master bedroom/bath/closet, a 2nd floor 3x10 balcony, and renovate a number of items associated with the build including a re-build of an existing bathroom.  We live in an old house and Scott did a fantastic job making use of space and working with the house limitations, and overall, giving us lots of details and options as we had back/forth meetings on the concept.  The design process was great. We had a number of meetings starting from a wish list that expanded to initial design concepts and then to more final concepts. Scott made excellent use of space and gave us a lot of options which for budget reasons, we had to slowly narrow things down to a final concept. The build was equally fantastic. Not only was the quality extremely high but they stayed on schedule and never skipped days; there was always a team working every day. The workers and subs were reliable and on schedule, which you dont see too much of. Not only that but juggling/managing the schedule when the different subs had to show up was very impressive as the goals for each week were always met. Scott and his team really care to make a top-quality build. A few family members in construction walked through a few times and commented on the high quality of everything.  The house had two surprises as we things opened up.  Somewhat expected as unwelcome as it was: a bad foundation and a roof with upgrades needed. Both these items were attended to very quickly and surprisingly got back on track sooner than I thought it would.  Budget: Scott's budget was extremely accurate. Aside from the 2 house surprises (above) and the additional rise in lumber cost during COVID, all numbers and quotes lined up extremely well. Yes the cost went over the estimate but I hold no concern over this, since it was due to two extra side projects (that were impressive accomplishments). When the project was done Scott made sure we were happy with everything. A few items to touch up were quickly dealt with and Scott really went above and beyond making sure things were 100%. No negative comments from me. Any items to nit-pick are not worth putting in a review: this was an extremely positive experience and I would recommend the Curtice Group and would/will certainly utilize them again in the future."

We were pleased with them so much that we had them come back for a basement remodel job. They maintained a great sense of humor while on the job. "I chose Humberto out of 4 contractors and feel so fortunate I did!  Humberto went above and beyond in ALL aspects of the job!  We threw him several curve balls with wanting a wall removed, floors refinished and some cabinetry work done.  He drew up change orders efficiently, and brought in excellent people to complete all the work we requested.  The quality of his work, THOROUGH preparation, attention to detail, communication, cleanliness during the entire project, the final result...ALL were an A+!  I was nervous about having our kitchen cabinets painted as I had read pros and cons with different applications.  The method they used left our cabinets looking BRAND NEW...everyone that has seen them has said, "Oh, you got new cabinets, they're beautiful!"  Humberto installed all new hardware for us as well.  I can't say enough about the experience we had with them.  I was 100% comfortable having them in our home, and they are super nice and polite on top of being EXCELLENT at their craft! <br />"
