"Before installing a mini-split, the sales person told me that I'd need to cut down an interior shelf to a specific height. I paid a handyman $400 to do exactly what the sales person instructed. Later on, N.E.T.R. came and did the installation; however, AFTER the installation, a technician told me that they hadn't accounted for the vent opening and closing and that the shelf would need to be further cut down. As you can imagine, this type of service is rather ridiculous. If they knew that the shelf would need further cutting, they should have NOT installed the unit. I have called N.E.T.R. six (6) times in three weeks, and no one has called me back about this issue. After paying for the unit and for a handyman, it's ridiculous that I have AC that is compromised because no one with the company thought to properly measure the space so that the work by the handyman could be done once. At this point, I'd like for N.E.T.R. to take care of this for me."

"No invoice transparency at Sila Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical. I had an appointment on February 16, 2026, to troubleshoot a no-heat issue on the second floor of my home. I was told the repair would be $1,500. Although hesitant, I agreed to proceed because I needed heat. The repair was completed, I paid $1,524.90, and the technician left. I later realized I had not been provided with an invoice, so I called the company directly at 781 438 4114. The person who answered the phone emailed me an invoice. The invoice listed an HVAC diagnostic fee of $69.00, followed by ?HYD 170,? with no price or itemized breakdown provided. I understand that professional services and parts can incur significant costs, it is unreasonable that the part alone could account for the entire charge without any supporting documentation. I respectfully requested a detailed breakdown of the invoice through multiple phone calls and emails; however, the responses I received were dismissive and failed "

"We were in the market to convert off oil and switch to a heat pump system. CRM Green Energy Consulting helped us every step of the way. They arrived on time and were very professional during the home assessment process. We agreed to the proposal and set up a time for installation the following week. Throughout the whole process CRM was communicating with us on progress. There was a placement issue for one of our mini-splits and one of CRM’s Carpentry team members came out and opened a wall and patched/painted like they were never there. Super friendly team members and very knowledgeable on green energy and home heating efficiency. At the end of the project they sat us down and taught us how to use the phone app for our GE mini split unit. They helped us fill out of MassSave rebate form as well!
