Daily, he was there, overseeing the work of demolition teams, plumbers, cabinet makers, flooring experts, electricians, carpenters, and painters. When he discovered that one of our support beams had been taken down almost 30 years before, he quickly found a solution and was able to put up a massive beam that supported out entire upper floor.
