He asked pertinent questions and was very forthcoming coming about expectations, codes, materials, etc. The proposal came in a reasonable time. Once the town permit was issued his team came to start the job of removing the old deck, digging holes for footings and the new construction of my deck. The job was completed within 10 days. The crew did a great job with the clean up as well as the construction. I love my new deck! I absolutely highly recommend Todd and Diversified and will use them for my next project!"

" WATCH OUT FOR FRAUD warning is all we can do! If you consider calling ALL-STAR be careful! We are from MA. We called them because they bought customer lists from One Service Pros who we knew. Our tenant called that the water tank blew. We were coming to town on other things, so we called on Thursday 7/31 the first date they had was the next Mon. We waited as they had previously done some AC work. We arrived at 2 to find the tech James Hill. His first words were you're not going to be happy! He said we had 5 leaks in our main. To prove it he told his helper to close the house valve and showed us dial spin at meter. To shorten all his lies, he convinced us to use a Tankless at $5k+ and the main was $12k+. He got us to sign estimates as we needed it done. later WE tested valve. When WE shut it, all stopped. in AM called KUB and usage only spiked when heater blew. We emailed to cancel they tried to charge a cancel fee! After Bcc our lawyer, owner, Tony met us. later said he fired them"

They reconstructed and restored an upper rear deck, dining room porch and far-back lower deck, repaired a front dormer, repaired an entire front & side façade and then recovered it with new clapboard, installed millwork around new Pella windows, installed real shutters, & a far-back canopy. They rebuilt an elaborate rear yard fence and built a privacy gate. It is our pleasure to write this review, we feel lucky to have them available."
