Ryan and his team remodeled our kitchen in 2018 and we knew right away that we wanted them back to do our master bathroom. The communication was seamless and the quality of work done by Brian, Kevin, Lance and all of the plumbers and electricians was top notch! Everyone was amazing especially when dealing with all of my questions and design ideas, including rearranging the layout and plumbing to accommodate my request for a large picture window with a soaker tub in front of it and having multiple shower heads that all function independently as well as together! The heated floors are also a favorite as well as our closet that Brian designed! We are so thrilled with the the final results and our bathroom is now a sanctuary that I never want to leave! "Todd is very professional, and easy to work with. He was amenable to my ideas, and gave me some of his own. He was easy to schedule the work with, and always gave me a heads up in when he’d be here to do the work, and if he was running late. Todd worked swiftly, but paid a lot of attention to detail. He had another man do the drywall needed for my bedroom, and he was great as well. The bedroom project was pretty straightforward as far as design goes. For the closets I had remodeled, I showed Todd some pictures from Pinterest that I liked as examples, and he did a fantastic job replicating the ideas into the space I had. Everything turned out exactly as I hoped, and I’d hire him again in the future. As far as estimates go, Todd was very fair, and was great about removing any costs that were less than anticipated. "After getting estimates from half a dozen contractors for metal, and asphalt roofs that were less then satisfying. I contacted FBI and expected more of the same. To my pleasant surprise Frank showed up exactly when he said he would and gave me a detailed estimate, and took good measurements for my project. Frank gave me estimates for asphalt, standing seam, and the Kassel & Irons roofing that I really wanted(Shake style metal roofing). He worked within the budget number I had set for my project and was able to use the product that I wanted. I wanted the roof done before Thanksgiving putting some pressure on Frank and his crew and he said he would do his best to make that deadline. Frank and his crew showed up at my house the  two Saturday before Thanksgiving and began to work. They spent a whole day there on Saturday and returned by 7:00 am each day during the week. They came back the Saturday before Thanksgiving and finished the roof and cleaned up every last scrap of debris and then some. I found Frank and his crew to be knowledgeable, professional, polite, and the quality of work was superior to anything else I have seen.The roof looks fantastic and I am thoroughly impressed with the way snow slides off and does not leave a flake even on the lesser pithes of the roof. No more snow raking in the bitter cold and worrying about the weight of deep snow on my roof. Frank and his crew did a great job from start to finish and I highly recommend them for any roofing job.
