Get matched with top deck or porch build or replacers in Newton Lower Falls, MA

"Division we had for our dining room was achieved. We had cabinetry and bookshelves in our dining room that were replaced by curio cabinets, and totally repainted to match our furniture. US pro painting did a wonderful job with flawless painting, reinstallation of lower cabinets and installation of new curio glass cabinets. JR, the owner, was very cooperative, and provided photos at each step of the renovation, since we were away during that time. If we have a painting or renovation project, we will use them again."

"We hired Masonworks, LLC to replace our front stoop and front walkway and they did an amazing job with the project from start to finish – professional and high quality work completed in a timely manner. Very responsive to answer any questions or concerns, took care of everything from permits to clean-up, and their crew worked non-stop to get the project done to give us a beautiful new front entrance to our home. Definitely would use them again."

"Phenomenal experience with Marcelo and his team! We had several home improvement projects on our list, including replacing a rotting deck. When we reached out for an estimate, Marcelo responded quickly and gave us a thorough, honest assessment of the work needed. We were pleasantly surprised when he complimented the deck's structure and explained that only the boards needed replacing; not the entire frame. His transparency saved us both time and money. At our request, they also flipped the stairs to the opposite side, crafting beautiful, custom work that exceeded our expectations. Marcelo?s team was punctual, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They worked cleanly and with great attention to detail. We couldn?t have asked for a nicer or more dedicated crew. We have more projects on our list and will absolutely hire PR Home Improvement and Painting again. From fair pricing to exceptional work, they have our highest recommendation!"

"Iâ m very glad to find ABALIA to replace the railings of my deck. The job quality is great. And Khaled is patient and responsive to my questions. The team finished the job in 2 days."

"I discovered WS Builders Corp through Angie's List while searching for a contractor to renovate our family room. Our project involved modernizing a space dominated by an outdated brick wood-burning fireplace and 1980s-style built-ins. We aimed to transform it with a horizontal electric fireplace, custom fluted built-ins for the TV, hidden shelving for electronics, and stylish open shelving with LED lighting. Prior quotes from other contractors seemed inflated, but when I connected with Wladimir from WS Builders, he provided a fair estimate that aligned perfectly with my expectations and the materials' costs. We promptly signed the contract, and work began without delay. Wladimir estimated about 35 days for completion, and impressively, the team finished in just 30 days despite some minor design tweaks along the way. The craftsmanship displayed by Jose, Wladimir's masterful carpenter, was nothing short of exceptional. He meticulously crafted everything from drawers to shelves to the elegant fluted details above the fireplace, transforming our wall into a true work of art. Jorge, the electrician, skillfully installed the LED lighting and concealed all cables behind the TV, maintaining a clean and polished look throughout. The painter ensured a flawless finish, meticulously covering the ceiling, walls, and newly installed shelves. The transformation from the initial state to the finished result is remarkable; even my 18-year-old son commented that it resembles a page out of a design magazine, and I wholeheartedly agree. I extend my deepest gratitude to Wladimir and his team for not only bringing my vision to life but surpassing all expectations. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality craftsmanship are unparalleled. Encouraged by their exceptional work, we promptly engaged WS Builders for a deck project following the family room renovation. I confidently recommend WS Builders Corp to anyone seeking superior craftsmanship at a fair price and delivered precisely on schedule. Wladimir's responsiveness and clear communication throughout the project further underscore their reliability and commitment to customer satisfaction. I eagerly look forward to collaborating with WS Builders on future projects and have no doubt in recommending them as a company you can trust for outstanding results."

"Carlos did an amazing job on replacing my deck. If I could give him 10 stars I would! He built a beautiful and functional deck and offered many helpful suggestions along the way. I also hired him to replace my roof. He is professional and great to work with. I recommend Royal's Construction highly."

"Remodel or Renew Home Improvement did a excellent job on my new deck. They were professional and on time. I would highly recommend this company!"

"Needed to replace deck boards and convert a two-level deck to one level. Conversion was also going to Trex materials. Tim walked through all options and ideas and was able to include a new staircase to access the deck.. During work, he was very responsive and communicated well especially upon inspection that not only did entire deck need to be rebuilt from footing up but the sill require some work as well.. Tim and his crew were very professional, thorough and communicated well throughout the process. Time line was accurate and we've been enjoying our new deck"

"We obtained several quote for this project, with Bauman's pricing coming in toward the middle of the range of offers. He is super responsive and always available for questions via email, text, or phone. In reviewing the project, he asked a number of detailed questions and came back with a proposal that had all of the details discussed- very thorough. His team was able to quickly pull a permit and get to work once we settled on working with him. The crew was great to work with- diligent and professional. Each day they cleaned up the worksite, things were always neat and tidy. The quality of the workmanship, including the custom built wooden columns for the new porch, was very high. The team even carefully removed pieces of existing siding and then replaced them, minimizing impacts to the side of the house... which we will eventually re-side. Overall, super happy with the project. We did close to a gut renovation on our home when we bought it and have since replaced the roof/gutters, put on a new back deck, replaced 40 windows, blown in insulation etc- all with a variety of contractors. Working with Mike and his team was far and away the best home project experience we have had to date. I would highly recommend working with Mike."

"We are so thankful that we found Jack from Strong Builders LLC. He removed our old deck and replaced it with a new composite deck. His communication throughout the whole process was great. He completed the deck faster than we had expected and he was thorough and professional. We absolutely love our new deck. I have already recommended Jack to several friends and family members."
