The company only followed up with me when they received another quote request from Home Advisor, which was me trying to look for another gutter company. Jacob was very pleasant to speak with, but the lack of organization, lack of follow through and lack of ability to leave a voicemail on his phone (mailbox full) are all yellow flags in my book. We decided to go with All Pro Gutters instead. "Had two layers of roofing that had to be removed. The next day after I gave them the go ahead, a crew of about eight attacked the roof and the job was completed in about four hours. I could tell that they all knew their jobs very well. After they had left, the yard was so clean that you couldn't tell that they were even there. I almost forgot, a small area of wood needed to be replaced and they repaired that at no extra cost. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."
