Communication was outstanding and there were zero costly "surprises". He and the gentleman that worked for him were both very friendly. They went above and beyond to keep the construction mess to a minimum and performed a thorough clean-up at the end of every workday. For all of the work that we had done, we felt that the price was quite fair and we will not hesitate to call JLS for future projects that are outside of our comfort zone or time constraints!"

"They were fine and were here when they said they would be. The guys were friendly and efficient. They did a good job and got it done on time. They worked mainly on the woodwork on the exterior of the house, which was pretty substantial carpentry work and repairs, which they did very well."

"I needed my attic and walls insulated.  No other insulation service in the area would insulate my plaster & lath walls, but Moore's was confident it was an easy task.  They were absolutely right and did a great job.  
The owner came over for a quick consult and scheduled the work soon after.  An army showed up and, with minimal disruption, got the walls and attic insulated in a couple of hours.  The holes in the exterior wood siding were expertly patched.  There was no mess left behind. I was very pleasantly surprised that they got my very old, very large house done in so little time with so little hassle.
The total cost was quite a bit less than the estimate, because they found that there was less to insulate than they first assessed.  I appreciated their honesty in telling me so and reducing the price accordingly, as I wouldn't have known any different.
The 10% Angie's List Discount was a nice bonus.  Be sure to mention it.  This crew are professional and do exactly what they say they're going to do.  I'm 100% happy.

"Handyman Matters did an excellent job. My project was small enough that they provided an estimate with photos I sent which was very convenient. We had remodeled an older home and updated the doors. This left spaces that we were not able to seal up. They came out and made them functional by eliminating any drafting or water leaking issues we had as well as trimmed the outsides so they looked like the rest of the house.

Brian came out to inspect our investment property and emailed us a very thorough breakdown of the cost. He and his crew did an awesome job. They painted every inch of our property, from the trim and cabinets to the wall and ceilings and all the exterior and it looks fantastic. Brian is very easy to work and communicate with. We had three other bids for the job and although they were all similarly priced Brian was willing to negotiate some different cost factors to work within our budget. It took a little over three weeks to finish all the work and that was with some of his crew getting sick and unable to work so we were really happy. He also let me know that if we find any places that need touching up to just call and they will take care of it. Happy customers and we will use him again!
