" Shawn was to bring a trailer and a 5-and-1 weed eater with blades to trim weeds and cut back overgrowth in front and back yard areas, including opening up lake front area. Arrived on time but with no trailer to remove debris. He used an old weed eater (single) and it broke. He left. He returned hours later with a newly purchased single weed eater and his trailer. He used weed eater all around the property and used an electric hedge trimmer to trim hedges in front. He loaded that debris on trailer. He did NOT open up the lake area as promised because he said the 6-and-1 weed eater with blades was too costly for him. Asked me for tools to cut branches down by the lake but I did not have any of the ones he said he needed. I paid him in full. But, when my brother came home, he was not satisfied as the work promised was not delivered. I reached out to Shawn by phone and got voice mail. My brother left a message but was not specific so I called Shawn myself the next morning to explain why. I asked Shawn, and he agreed, to return on the following Sunday to finish up the work to our satisfaction. When Sunday arrived, I waited for him to come and when he didn't come, I contacted him by phone and text. He texted me that he was busy cleaning and would call me later on. After still not hearing anything from him, and rain threatening, I called and texted back asking his estimated time of arrival. He responded in a text, "Honestly I'm not sure" Have heard nothing from him since. Very disappointed, disgruntled, and not satisfied with performance, customer service, and business ethics."
