"If I could give "0" or less I would. This company is seriously lacking in any kind of structure. Communication between FPR and client is almost non existent. The same with FPR and their contractors, the right hand does know what the left hand is doing. They took 7 months to complete a job that should have taken no more than 2 weeks. I had a burst pipe and while tying to fix it they nailed another pipe and reflooded my property. Their project manager has no clue how to run a project, source material do a timeline or communicate. Be warned stay well away from this disaster of a company."
