"Water was leaking from my front-loading washer. The repair man determined it was the rubber seal around the door. He had to order the part, so he came back 2 days later with the part, installed it and I have had no problems with it since. He was on time on both visits, and the repair was done quickly. Very satisfied!"

"I had a positive experience with Miriam, the appliance repair person. It's always a pleasure to encounter someone who possesses great customer service skills, especially in a service-oriented industry. Miriam's expertise and knowledge in the field are also commendable and contribute to her overall effectiveness as a professional. Additionally, charging a fair price for her services shows that she values her customers and understands the importance of providing excellent service without breaking the bank. Overall, Miriam is a valuable asset to the appliance repair industry, and I hope that more people have the opportunity to experience the same level of professionalism and expertise that I did."
