"sales rep told us our floor would be torn up and replaced as it was soft and deteriorating, told us they would install our new vanity sink and put in our new lights we purchased independantly. Sales rep also told us our walls would be gutted and replaced as there was most likely moisture trapped behind, and they would start on a Thursday and be done Friday. Well here is what we ended up with. a shower was installed, however no drain cap was put in so i has exposed PCV and no handles put into the shower doors. We still have no sink or lighting and the floors and walls were simply covered and not fixed properly. The best part of this is we no longer can get hot water out of the shower head, this is all beside the fact that our bathroom is still not done and it is now Tuedsday and we had to shower at other peoples homes over the weekend. After all of this I now have to have another company come in to complete this issue. Worst experience ever!!!!!! DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!"

"Terrible customer service He created giant messes and lied to me on multiple occasions. I will say anything to get the project and not actually answer questions. When they came to give the quote, I asked them where they would put the heat pump and I said behind the house, but when they went to install it, it would not fit behind the house according to code. I constantly had to hound them to finish the job. They started in the spring, and then they did not finish until the winter, after saying they could start in 2 weeks. They left me without heat on below-freezing days because they were not finished. They did not honor parts of the contract. charged for service even though the contract says it is free for 3 years. They tried to charge me for things they did not install(humidifier). Installed the ventilation system over some sill rot. I left gaping holes in my home for months. I had to hound them every step of the way to get them to do the next part of the project. They were replacing propane and oil with gas and did not tell me I had to remove the propane to do so, and then the town would not permit their work and I had to pay out of pocket for more conversions. I had to hound them to get permits, including an oil tank removal permit, which they never pulled and I still do not have! The end result was an expensive system that I think is misconfigured and ill-fitting for my home (it does not remove humidity properly). If you would like to do the project management yourself, hire this company. That said, there was one very nice technician, but I would not have them install anything."
