"Cole Electric has good communication with the customer from your first inquiry, email & text follow up . They requested photos of what I need to address so they understand all aspects of the job. The office contacted me to say the electrician could arrive early. The 2 electricians were professional knowledgeable and addressed my concerns. The ceiling fan installed by someone else was missing screws on the down rod as well as other things not done correctly. They replaced the missing screws, rebuilt the fan and reinstalled it. No more wobble. The 2 under cabinet light fixtures were installed perfectly, no extra cables showing. You get what you pay for and Cole Electric electricians do the job right the first time. I recommend this company and will use them again."

I do most jobs around my house by myself, including most electrical work, but this job was going to be beyond my level of experience. "Opened door to breaker box to see if any were tripped. Did NOT remove panel or trace short at box. Removed switch cover plate and loosened switch in question. Told me it was a 3 way switch and so we went to another room and flipped some switches to find out that one of the switches was in the off position causing the lights to stay off. Pushed the switch and all was good. The effort took less than 30 minutes total. Invoiced $215. Nice guy but charge was excessive."

"Jeff arrived promptly at 8:00 am as promised and installed required permanent power for dehumidifier and lighting as part of crawl space encapsulation. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and goes out of his way to ensure the customer is completely satisfied with the job at hand. He also installed a separate GFCI receptacle for my irrigation system pump. I paid for this portion of the job. Very impressive install from start to finish. I would definitely hire Jeff for other work."

"Brian was very professional and was able to resolve the issue quickly. However, it was a simple circuit that had 3 outlets supported by a 4th outlet that was a GFCI. I just purchased the home and was not familiar with this type of set-up. So when the 3 outlets went out we did not know there may be a 4th that had a reset button (which was in the garage). Brian found the issue reset the GFCI, and explained the problem and possible future safety hazards. The reason I did not give 5 stars and not 5 is because he charged me $200. I thought that was a bit high considering. I will use him again in the future and have already referred him to a friend."
