"With six adults living in one house our two bathrooms are well used. We had tile that was damaged in one and the fiberglass insert in the other one had started to deteriorate to the point of cracking. We knew we would need dry wall replaced so liners werenà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t an option. We decided to go with West Shore. Ità  à ¢à  à  à  à  s not about pricing, which they are very well priced for what they offer. What sold me for West Shore were three things. It was the product being sold, how the job would be complete in one day, and how well the business is ran. The product is a full replacement and not a liner. It is 100% made in the USA. It is acrylic with silver-shield infused into it. So it is not only does the non-porous acrylic protect against molds and mildews but the silver ions attack it to kill them. This is also under the lifetime warranty of the bath. I asked about the warranty and it is transferable if we sell our home. So it is a true lifetime of the bath. The install, it has been several days since we had both baths installed. The downstairs bath was replaced with a shower, and the upstairs bath was replaced with the deepest tub we could get in and out of safely. Hector, Nate, and Skylar installed both of them on the same day. They showed up exactly at the time I was told. Each bathroom took about six hours to complete so they were out within twelve hours. We had to have sub floor replaced from water damage, and dry wall from broken tiles in one of the bathrooms. They were professional, competent, and extremely polite. They set up shop in our driveway. When they were finished they shop vacuumed their mess inside and out. They also took away the old bath systems and disposed of it for us. That is a part of the install. Anthony was our salesperson and he was amazing! He has salary from the company so he wasnà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t pushy for the sale. It really took a lot of pressure off of the sales visit. It made the sole focus looking over and learning about the product. It was refreshing to not have to ward off a salesperson hungry for a commission. It really felt more like we had a friend as a guest in our home and not a salesman. I would also like to say that I like the fact that what you are quoted doesnà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t have hidden prices. If the job requires sub floor, 2x4à  à ¢à  à  à  à  s, or dry wall to be replaced, that isnà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t an added cost. I am extremely satisfied with West Shore as a company, the employees I have dealt with, and the finished product I chose for my house. If you need a bathtub or shower replaced I highly recommend West Shore."

"This was the third time we have hired Val from Irish Accents and Renovations. The first time we hired Val was for a master bath downstairs, this time he did a renovation of one of our upstairs baths. He was originally recommended to us by friends at work. When we hired him the first time, we did our due diligence: got multiple reviews, checked references, etc. Now he is our go to guy for work. He is versatile, has an eye for detail and has high standards for his work. He is personable, responsive and welcomes discussion and collaboration. With this remodel, he demo'd the tile floor, portions of drywall and wainscoting and removed the vanity and fixtures. He opened a wall to inspect the plumbing, and removed the entry door. He installed a new tile floor over a waterproof underlayment (Schluter system), installed a new vanity, wainscoting and trim and reinstalled fixtures. Additionally he installed a new pocket door to ease entry to the bathroom. This required a consult with a structural engineer and at his direction the construction of a box header in the attic above the door, which Val completed without difficulty. He also completed some electrical work required by the pocket door and installed a new outlet, replaced the bathroom vent fan, installed new exhaust vent piping and painted the entire room, including ceiling. He is honest and provides cost estimates based on labor and advises on finishes while keeping your costs in mind. As I mentioned, this is the third time we have hired Val. At our recommendation he also did a major renovation of our neighbors master bath. Finally, Val is on site and does much if not all of the work himself. Val will be our first and only call when we consider future projects."

"This was a large project and it went wonderfully well. Caleb's vision and the artistry, talent and professionalism of the crew were so very much appreciated. The kitchen, powder room and butler pantry are beautiful. Our new exterior doors are such an improvement and make such a difference in the outside appearance of our home. We had to go out of town for a few days and were quite comfortable with Kevin and his crew continuing the work in our absence. The project just flowed and we couldn't be happier or more satisfied. "David's Good Shepard service was excellent He responded promptly and addressed issues found in my electrical panel and my over-the-range microwave. He provided me with an estimate for both parts and labor. I authorized him to begin work the next day. The quality of his work was excellent. He was well-organized and efficient. He upgraded and replaced an old inadequate circuit breaker and brought it up to code. When replacing the over-the-range microwave with a similar make and model, issues were discovered with both the venting and mounting systems. David corrected these issues before mounting the new microwave. I am happy to report, that the new microwave vents much more efficiently and quietly. Adjustments were made to the mounting system to correct alignment issues. He cleaned up after himself and disposed of the old unit for me. Both his time and labor estimates were accurate. I will be contracting with David very soon for other issues that need to be addressed around my home."
