"Great! Jeff was polite while carefully explaining the process of replacing the hot water heater. He also recommended installing a water pressure regulator which most likely would have prevented the previous water heater from failing. Price was reasonable and response time was quick."

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"Pat was prompt, courteous, and quickly diagnosed the issues with our kitchen sink and toilet. He fixed the problems same day and charged a fair price for his work. While turning the water back on in our mechanical closet he noticed obvious corrosion and leaking from our water heater. Grateful he saw it as it would likely have been a disaster down the road. He was back later in the week and replaced the leaking water heater. Would absolutely hire Pat again."

"This was an awesome experience. I added a request to the site and within 20 minutes Paradigm contacted me. They came out for a free estimate. Their price was within range for the services. The communication, professionalism and services were incomparable. Highly recommended!!!! My water heater was installed bright and early the next day!!"

"Excellent. Crew was at my house within an hour of my call. Within 5 hours of waking up to no hot water they had a new water heater installed along with an emergency cutoff valve I requested and had cleaned up all the leaked water."

"I was looking for multiple quotes and DiBiase was the first to respond and also had the best price on comparable equipment. Bill called me within a few hours of initial request, set up an appointment and everything went like clockwork, on time, professional and install went smoothly."

"Excellent customer service i call and got my water heater installed the next day"

"After looking at what was suppose to be done, and the entire job was evaluated, I was told I would be better off in getting a complete new water heater, and not put new parts in an 8 year old water heater, for once I felt like I was not ripped off, and given the best advice, and that is what I will do."

"Good communication, very pleasant, quick service. Don was extremely helpful and easy to work with, even after i picked out the wrong type of replacement water heater and he had to return it! Would use again."

"Patrick and Adam came to my house to fix a leaking tankless electric water heater. They could not fix. I wasn't happy with the performance so Patrick recommended a gas vented water heater. Also installed a utility tub in my laundry room. I didn't even call done rite till maybe 11:00am. They came did all work and where out of here by 5:15. How is that for same day service. Jason came to assist. Cleaned up nice crew. I would highly recommend them."
