Because their bid was the most competitive and their work exceptional, I have since hired them to do a number of other home projects for me. Their work is impeccable, the crew is outgoing, friendly and respectful of my home, they clean up after themselves, and they go out of their way to ensure satisfaction. Bill (one of the owners) even talked me out of buying an expensive wooden beam for my living room ceiling. Instead, his crew built one for me using antique barn wood. Not only is the beam beautiful, Bill saved me $1.2k as well! I have already referred Perry Brothers to my neighbor who has since hired them to renovate her bathroom. And I am happy to refer them to anyone else looking for a reliable contractor."

"We had a very small roof area need to be repaired. I sent request to multiple company to give a service quote. Few of them sent me replies and stated that they are too busy to come. Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. "I spent over a year trying to get our home renovation project off the ground. We met with many contractors that either found our project too large or too small. Our plans included adding on a 16x16 room, a large two-tiered deck, and renovating the entire first floor. Ryan came to check out our project and within no time had an all-inclusive estimate prepared for us. It was priced very reasonable and his presentation gave us comfort that he could handle our job. Ryan's crew was very considerate, especially considering we were staying in our home during the duration of the project. They were timely, requested consent to be there at various times and worked consistently to get our project done. Part of the project included custom doors and non-tradition trim/detail work. They handled this exceptionally. All the detail work came out great! We would absolutely hire Norman Builders for another project."

"Three terms you don't hear when speaking about contractors : Honesty, timely and effecient and pride of Workmanship. If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. I had a leak in my roof with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utilitiy room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and come up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. This contractor is the real deal. If you have a problem give him a call today. He will make your life easier and resolve your problems quickly. For the job done right call Liam Neary."

He didn’t cut corners, and he made recommendations that will ensure that my new deck will last for years to come. "We wanted a design and build firm to make design/cost tradeoffs. It went great as the project was done well, under budget, and quicker than expected. They act as a general contractor and you can be as little or as much as involved as you want. For things we had strong opinions on we met with the subs also. We've been in the space 6+ months and haven't had any problems. Our basement has been dry (they installed a perimeter drain)."
