I shared a picture of the huge rock we shipped to their landscaper of their new home in Washington NC, (Pops said if you found a rock you had to report it) we drove down and decorated it with red ribbon and greenery then drove them to the landscapers. So long story not so short, when Wes’s team finished our deck he placed a huge red bow on the railing. It meant so much to me and reinforced the fact that he listens to his customers. Entire job took less than 2-hrs to install 4 grab bars. ADA guidelines and hardware adhered to, technician was polite and very neat.
