He and his associates did a beautiful job of giving me a new foundation & deck floor. The price was right & the service of repair exceptional. We had to tweak the contract some, he was honest and easy to work with! To say I am pleased is an understatement….I love my new deck!!"

"I have remodeled 5 homes and built one. With all my experience with contractors and subcontractors, I have never found one as reliable as Carson. He has helped my family with repairing older beach homes for the last three years. We have hired Carson to do a lot of jobs. He has completed all of them in a timely manner, using salt water resistant materials that will stand the test of time, and the end product demonstrates excellent craftsmanship. He helps us make decisions from 200+ miles away, staying on budget but producing excellent results. We haven't had to stress about overseeing the job as Carson treats our house as his own. "Vendor answered his phone. Set up an appointment to visit the repair site. Arrived on time. Presented a fair estimate. Provided a written statement of work listing all particulars. Carpenter arrived on time. Worked continuously for about 10-12 hrs replacing front external steps. Board cuts created tight 45 degree picture-frame fittings. The overall work was very well done. Painting was not included. If I need add'l or new work, I will call this firm and definitely recommend them."

"The quality workmanship of the crew was evident from day one. However, customer service by the project management was something else. Our project was nearly completed... only 2 small finishing tasks to go. Both tasks could have been completed in 2 hours or less. A month and a half later they were finally done! Luckily, I stayed on top of them with constant texts, emails, phone calls, and even an in-person visit to the office. Constant promises to come this Friday or the first of **next week** were always given but never delivered upon."

"We were in need of multiple projects for outside home repairs. We also wanted ONE contractor if possible to go through for all projects. PBR fit the bill and then some. From Soffit / Fascia repair / replacement, pressure washing - re-painting all work, to a seem-less gutter system install, it has been a great experience to have PBR on the job. From start to finish, we have been overwhelmed with their outstanding experience, knowledge of things that needed to be done, timely cost estimates and an immediate response to all projects and a "Top-Notch" job each and every time. We even ran into a repair that was needed on our roof which was not a problem for PBR. It was an additional cost which was to be expected. It was also more than reasonable.
