"It Went Very Well !!! This is a BIG deck 700 Square feet and a wrap around on pillars. I got a call back from John Jr. within 24 hours with an apology it was not quicker. (Other business sent me e-mails asking for photos or took a few days to get back). John was there the early evening of the day we talked and did the estimate. He went out of his way to get there as soon as possible even though it was no emergency. The price was upper mid range and the quality was excellent. The job included replacement of a number of 2 to 4 foot sections of decking that were damaged. Their protocol is to use a mold killer before pressure wash. They use ArborCoat stain which is high quality Benjamin Moore. Application was brush and roller which provided great coverage. Work was done when promised and area cleaned up at the end of the day. This is a family business and they care about the quality of their work. I would recommend them and am having them return to do some other work (carpentry and painting) on the outside of our house"

"Mark and his crew came to the house and installed the gutters so quickly. They are very professional, I am extremely satisfied, wish I can rate them a 10. Looking to install gutters ,Definitely call them for a quote. You'll be glad you did."

"Just A Perfect Job and Contractor!! I hire Jeff because my 94 yr old mothers house needed gutter screens to cover her gutters. I could not meet with him because I have MS and can no long drive. Jeff kept me informed and ended up having to clear up a crappy job huff and puff did when they installed her gutter!! Jeff was up front with me, professional, honest, and on time. He kept me up to date through the entire replacement progress. I am so grateful to him for the outstanding job that he did for my mother. If you are considering using someone else for a job, look no further!! Jeff is outstanding and will not disappoint!! Thank You, Thank You Jeff!!"

"We shopped and spoke with many "facade restoration experts" before choosing to work with High Tech and we are so glad we did our research. Shaiful was by far the most knowledgeable contractor we spoke with and made us feel confident that he was capable of solving our issues.  When it was clear that there was no saving our original cornice, he offered up more than one suitable way forward. We decide to let his crew re-create the original piece from stone. The work they did left us with a beautiful and artistic facade the functions well in collecting rain water from the roof. The crew was respectful, clean and on time. They went above and beyond all of our expectations in touching up every minor detail so that the whole front of the house was left looking brand new. We could not be happier. Our home looks better than we could have imagined. I recommend High Tech Construction with no hesitation.
