"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"

"I’ve worked with Mike and his team for years on all kinds of projects, and they’ve always been amazing to work with. The quality of their work is top-notch, they stay on budget, and everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Their design sense is excellent and they always manage to get things done right on time. I can’t recommend them enough, truly a reliable, talented, and easy-to-work-with crew."

"Mr Neill Dougherty is an excellent custom builder, designer, communicator, and always professional. His prices are more than fair, especially when we saw the finished room!! We were somewhat unsure of exactly how we wanted the room, so Mr Dougherty helped us by showing several options that would work for our Mother-in-law studio addition. The room is absolutely beautiful! I love the flooring and custom tile work Neill created for the kitchen and restroom. Neill kept us up with all stages of the project, and was very accommodating and polite about my changes and "ideas" along the way. He even had an fantastic designer help me with Interior decoration after the apartment was ready! There has not been any issue we had to call back about. We will hire Mr Dougherty for any future building or remodeling we need! We highly recommend him for any project or home build."

"Michael Ridgeway was wonderful to work with because he listened to how I wanted the gate to be finished so it would be structurally strong. I would hire him again without any question. Michaels helper that worked along with him worked very hard. I really appreciate their work ethics. Thank you so much Michael and Tommy! Sherie"

"We recently had our bathrooms remodeled by AI Construction, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding! From the very beginning, Angel and his team were professional, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. They paid attention to every detail, communicated with us throughout the project, and made sure everything was done to the highest standard. Angel is a reliable contractor who delivers exceptional quality and an stress-free experience, I highly recommend AI Construction. We couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be recommending them. Thank you, Angel and the entire team, for bringing our vision to life!"

"This was one of the best experiences i have ever had with a contractor. He has a wonderful crew, they are polite, respectful, thoughtful and hard working. They built us a beautiful family room. Demolished the existing patio and built us a family room. They were willing to work with us on timing: we have a special needs son and worked around his schedule to help keep him comfortable. They do high quality work, very professional and was able to keep everything in our budget. We are extremely happy with this experience from start to finish!!"

"I had the pleasure of working with Vitaliy for our major home renovation where we completely remodeled our kitchen, floors, bathrooms, etc... It was my first time working with a contractor and I have to admit I was nervous- especially doing a project of this size. Unfortunately, I have had multiple terrible experiences with people in the industry and it has shaken my trust. From the beginning, however, Vitaliy did everything he could to earn that trust and show me that there are still amazing, kind, honorable people left in this world. He took every opportunity to make me feel comfortable in the process and to reassure me that he cared about what he was doing and that we were going to be happy with it. Oh and did I mention that when we started this project I was 6.5 months pregnant and had a HUGE timeline to meet. Vitaliy told me before we started that he would do everything in his power to make sure we were finished before baby arrives. "You won't be disappointed", he said. And guess what- we are moved back into our house and baby is due next month and we are beyond happy with all the work he did for us. His communication and attention to detail has been absolutely stellar. I seriously couldn't have asked for a better contractor. My husband and I are beyond grateful for Vitaliy and everything he managed to do for us in such a short timeframe. I got to spend a lot of time with him and consider him to be more of a friend. I'm going to miss having such a genuine person around (who by the way can also fix/build just about anything). He has a keen mind and if he says he's going to do something he does it. I've given Vitaliy's contact information to pretty much everyone I know and our friends/family that have seen his work cannot wait to use him. I can't thank him enough for making this process go so smoothly during a very stressful time in our lives. I appreciate everything you did for us more than you know."

"Over the years I have worked with several contractors/builders and Marksman Builders has been the best. They delivered on every aspect of our complete older home remodel. Last summer we started with just ideas on a piece of paper and Emma and her team worked with the designer, engineer to retain the charm of our older home and give it an open modern look. The entire process from obtaining building permits to the final details were professionally completed within the estimated timeline and budget. As the project took shape we had several change orders that were seamlessly integrated into project. Friends, family, and other building professionals have commented on how “awesome” our new house looks. Marksman Builders is now building a very custom engineered carport and garage for us with the same professionalism and attention to every detail. I was not sure it could even be built given the terrain and larger granite boulders. They simply incorporated the boulders in the build."

"We hired Joe to do a very large project which included a major kitchen remodel, building a 400 sq foot vaulted addition with skylights, flooring across the entirety of the main space, full 1000 square foot trex deck with accommodation for a hot tub, and side patio. Joe is a 1 man shop. He did everything from framing, drywall, electrical, insulation, roofing, flooring, cabinet installation, and finish work. He was very easy to communicate with and worked with us on change orders as the project developed/progressed. Errors were very rare and quickly corrected when they occurred. This is our 2nd time hiring Joe for a big project and have hired him for other small projects. We would gladly have Joe work for us again on an y future project."
