I had a bit of roof that was much worse than we had previously anticipated. Pictures were texted to me throughout the project which was helpful as I was at work all day. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."
