I meet with Kevin to go over the scope of work and he explained everything in detail. The price was the best I can find. Took one extra day to finish the work, but they did not charge me any additional fees. 3 month later, I had a feeling that the column/wall is moving again and call Kevin. I appreciated that Adam listens to your needs and preferences and works toward your goals. He tries to picture how you will actually live in your house and make the renovations work to help achieve the potential of your home for your purposes. "Overall job was performed satisfactorily although I thought communication could have been better. The asphalt portion of the job was scheduled to be completed in one day, however, by mid-afternoon the workers had left and the job was not finished. I had to be proactive and contact the company to find out if installation was still going to take place that day or if it would move to the next day. I was told it would move to the next day which was ok. I asked if they could place a couple of orange safety cones next to the demolition area overnight since it was in an area where there was frequent foot traffic; this was agreed. When I returned to the job site late that night no cones were present. <br /> The overall quality of the asphalt work was satisfactory, the concrete work was excellent. <br /> I know this was a small job and think perhaps communication might be better with larger jobs / clients."
