Our yard is small but the dirt was very compacted due to it being new construction so we knew we needed an aeration and seeding to get it started. After a few weather related hiccups that washed the seed away, they actually came back twice over the course of 6 months to touch up/redo areas that were bare. "The service was scheduled twice after they did not show the first time at the appointed hour. The second day, they came, but about 2-3 hours later than planned. The 2 man crew worked hard and put in more time than the deal I purchased required, but the work was not especially good. My hedge is ragged and uneven, and the shrub trimming was uneven and will have to be corrected by me. Clean up was promised, and I do have about 10 huge black bags of debris to dispose of (deal does not include taking away the debris), but I also have a large pile of clippings that were not bagged, and an area of the front lawn that was not raked or cleaned up at all. I will have to even up the trimming myself, and clean up the areas left undone. The guys were hard working and the boss was friendly and apologetic about the hedge condition, but it seems that they don't really know how to do this work."
