"Hired Joshua Tree originally in 2019 for a new lawn install. Our yard is small but the dirt was very compacted due to it being new construction so we knew we needed an aeration and seeding to get it started. After a few weather related hiccups that washed the seed away, they actually came back twice over the course of 6 months to touch up/redo areas that were bare. Every single crew member is helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of our questions, concerns, and requests, on the phone and in person. Their treatment reports come instantly via email and are very detailed and thorough. The website is easy to navigate and has a portal to submit questions and requests that get answered promptly. We had such a great experience that we've now hired and prepaid for them to do 2 seasons of lawn treatments and we will continue to do so. The proof is in the pudding; our lawn looks amazing, and we know this because our Ring camera picks up people walking down the street and we can hear them say so. We've been homeowners at different properties for almost 20 years and have used many other lawn companies and Joshua Tree is hands down, the best in the business. "I am so grateful to Joey and his crew. They were hard-working and respectful. Joey came out initially to inspect and over a quote that was fair. He returned the next week with a crew and they replaced all the sprinkler heads (most were broken and leaking badly, making my pump work harder). He also explained that my valves needed to be replaced and promised to be back the following week. As he replaced the valves, one of his crew also added drip irrigation to all my landscaping AND my patio tomatoes, flowers, and my two raised beds. He then switched the four zone to make one just for drip irrigation, after installing a new system. Joey also took the time to explain how I can control it all through my phone. I am so thrilled with their work and professionalism. We will be hiring them next spring to install a new system at our rental, and I look forward to seeing them in the fall when they will come and winterize the system."

"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done.
