I am stunned by the professionalism, honesty and transparency, the depth of their skill and knowledge, and the downright far more than reasonable charge for their service. I had a tankless water heater replaced. It took me weeks until I got to Jeff and HWHIAH, so many people gave me the runaround, not following through even on a quote, suggesting absurd costs like $3K+ for labor. Why's it so hard to find someone honest, dependable, professional, and competent these days? As soon as I was in contact with Jeff, a huge weight came off my shoulders because I knew I was now in the right hands. Empathic, knowledgeable, patient and transparent... and fast! "Patrick and his son are two of the most enjoyable contractors if have ever had the pleasure to work with. Our hot water heater broke and Patrick called me within 20 min of looking for a contractor he did everything he said he would without a fault. Let me tell you everything. He said he would show up on Sunday at 10:00 Am to replace our Hot Water heater. His son showed up at 9:30 am to drain our hot water heater his dad showed up at 10:00 AM on Sunday as promised. What a pleasure to fined someone with a great work ethic. A rare find these days . Patrick and his Son replaced our Hot water heater before 12 PM on a Sunday not sure all can understand how much we appreciated their honest and reliable service they provided. I realize this is a lengthy review I could go on for ever talking about how great an experience we had With Patrick and his son. "Andy and his team at Paradigm completed a drainage system job with water backup on the driveway wall in addition to waterproofing in our basement. They were professional, friendly and very responsive when we had an issue after the installation, coming by and fixing it that day for no cost. The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. So far the Daikin variable speed AC units are exceptionally quiet and the house is very comfortable. Would recommend Ace Home Services and Unique Comfort without reservation."
