He arrived the same day to diagnose the problem, gave us a fair estimate of the cost, including a part he had to order. The repair was done the next day as soon as the part arrived. No surprises, no add ons. He was courteous, respectful and even helpful to my husband who was doing a wood stove repair at the same time! We would definitely hire him again."
