"Took waaaay to long. 6 months, albeit, we started in late November but it was the nicest winter in history. Promise was late February for completion. I finally conceded in June that they had finally met all contractual obligations. There were several reasons it took so long from my point of view: not showing up when they say they are, poor workmanship requiring lots of rework (all caught by me, not the so called Project Manager), no dedicated project manager, unclear instructions/requirements flowed down to the contractors sent to do the work, company too focused on the next jobs instead of completing this one, etc..I could go on and on...Damaged my driveway and blamed the driveway even though I asked upfront if there would be any harm to it. "No we do this all the time" was the response. Damaged my neighbors lawn and I'm still fixing that. Overall, a bad experience. I'd rate them a "D" but they did eventually fix most of the quality problems. The rest I have, or will take care of. Cutting the ties with this contractor. Would not recommend."

"I required some repairs to the masonry of a granite and cinderblock foundation. James is pleasant, clearly explains the work that he intends to do, and shows the results when finished. He fit my work into his schedule and his crew completed all the repairs within a few days. He and his crew removed all the debris when finished. He also adjusted his schedule to address some additional repairs that were previously unnoticed. I highly recommend James and his company."

"They did an excellent job repointing the exterior of my foundation and brick piers in the basement. I had a tight schedule and they worked through the weekend without me asking. Showed up early and worked long days to get it done. One of the guys was able to shimmy into a very tight and awkward spot due to the porch structure to get every area of the foundation. I pointed out a couple missed areas and they happily came back the next day to finish the job. I will be using them for future projects."
