"Jordan was great! During consultation he let us know how he would approach the job and gave us information to research the tankless heater he recommended we install. He took the time to answer our questions and the install was done in a timely manner. Price was comparable to other friends who had a tankless installed. He cleaned up after the install and hauled away 2 70 gallon hot water heaters that were replaced. We would not hesitate to use him again."

"Bryan was highly professional and very knowledgeable. He’s a master at what he does. He’s friendly, courteous, and timely. He explained what needed to be done and completed the job the next day. He gave me a competitive price and the job was professional and he cleaned up when he was done. I’m going to use him to install a tankless water heater next week and highly recommend his services. He truly knows his craft and is customer oriented."

"This service was for the yearly service for our Tankless Water Heater. Technician, Jordan, arrived on time and went right to work. He took time to explain the process, showed us exactly what he was doing and all the necessary steps to complete the job. We have been here four years, and we have the system serviced yearly. Jordan explained Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is a family owned business of three generations. The business is truly invested in providing quality service. We are very pleased with the service. This is an expensive piece of equipment, and it's worth the price of servicing to keep it running efficiently."

"Jason (and his crew) are wonderful! They installed a tankless hot water heater for me (moving locations from the old tank water heater). They got the job done quickly, for a fair price and communicated with me through the whole process. I then hired them to do a shower tear out and install. It turned out gorgeous and the quality of work was outstanding! Super efficient and fairly priced. And the cleanest I have ever had a job left, even on demo day everything was super clean. From someone who has hired 100+ contractors over the years I would say they are top notch and would highly recommend."

"Showed up on time. Completed installation and cleanup without any problems."

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"Showed up to give estimate at the time he said he would.
Gave a reasonable estimate lower than the other bidder.
Installed it when he said he would, and showed us informative details that will help in its maintenance.
He was considerate and trustworthy.
