"I needed two interfaces installed in order to connect two portable generators to my home's electrical system.  The house is all electric and is on well water/septic.  I have two electrical panels in the house.  K&H provided the appropriate size and type interfaces for the amount of amps/watts needed.  I contacted K&H at the beginning of the week in which a major winter storm was forecasted.  Rick requested some photos of the panels and information on the generators which were provided.  Rick then said he would do his best to get the interfaces installed before the storm.  On the day of the storm, Rick called to confirm that I still wanted the installation done and then sent an electrician (Kevin) over to do the work.  Despite the fact that Kevin had to work in the snow, he was able to get the work done quickly.  I realized that I did not have the proper 4 wire extensions to run between the generators and the interfaces and K&H sent another person over with the connector cables.  Kevin took time to go over how to switch between home power and interfaces.  We tested the system to ensure that it worked.  K&H also provided step by step directions on stickers on the electrical panels to ensure that the process was followed correctly.  The system installed in such that the interfaces can only be used when the house power is shut off at each panel, which is helpful.  This is the second time I have used K&H Electric.  Rick has always been responsive and helpful on the front end and the technicians have always been efficient and friendly as well.  I will use them for other projects in the future. <br />"
