And a shower stall (only) at $15000, was NOT in my budget. I did like the description of how they install the shower unit. But I wanted more than that."

The project manager, Adam walked through the project on the first day and stayed in contact with us (day/evening) to ensure our satisfaction. The CREW, led by Walker was AMAZING!!! I can't say enough about the tile work. The young man spent days in our home working on the floor and shower and it came out beautifully. The other crew members produced similar quality work. The only negative is that sometimes the garbage from the job stayed in our driveway a little longer than we would have liked but, it was a small price to pay for such a beautiful bathroom Can't wait to use VKB again for our hall bath which we hope to start in the fall. Wonderful experience!"

"Mr. Heard and his team (Douglas, Omar and Uncle Merc) are very professional yet friendly and so easy to work with. I hired them initially to replace a tub and shower I have hated for the last 5 years; however, after the initial consultation I decide to do the entire bathroom due to the pricing for the project. I ended up having a completely new tub, shower, tiles, vanity, medicine cabinet, flooring, towel rack and cabinet installed. I couldn't be any happier or satisfied. Mr. Heard explain the entire process to you in the beginning, he was so patient to answer all of my questions throughout the project. I was so confident in their ability and their service that I moved in with my parents for the seven days it took to complete the project. Gave them a key to my home and relaxed while they gave me the bathroom of my dreams. I never worried about anything being stolen or anything like that.
