"I contacted Near Me Roofing Company after referred from a few on our neighbourhood facebook page. They did not disappoint their referrals. They were scheduled the repair call within a few hours. Cost of repair was explained over the phone in detail. They were to fix my missing shingles on the spot. Awesome roofing service company!"

"Our experience started off positive, and the two young men who worked on our shower were very nice and hard working. That being said, the grout did not dry to match, and it ended up having dark sections in the grout where repairs were done. I contacted them, and they sent someone back to redo the grout. They didn't have the correct color once they arrived, and told me that we might have a custom color and would need to return again. The gentleman suggested that I grab a color match system from the store and decide which color was a match, as it wasn't one of their regular colors. I went to the tile store, and then found the best match possible. After notifying them of the color, it was then difficult to get it scheduled, and when I finally spoke with the owner he was rude. He first expected me to buy the correct grout "since he had already spent enough on the job," and only backed down when I made it clear that we were only in this position since his team had not color matched correctly when doing the bid. I had also wasted a significant amount of time meeting them multiple times and going to the store to color match. If I was told that we had a custom color in the beginning, we should have still been notified when they came for the bid, and we would have paid more to have all of the grout redone. The owner came out to complete the job, and honestly did a very rushed job of removing the incorrect grout and applying the new color. I then needed to seal the grout myself! After it dried for a day, I could easily see that there were sections that weren't done fully, and I am extremely disappointed in the work that this company did. Although his staff was friendly and professional, the owner was anything but. The final work is barely a step ahead of where we were at originally and we decided to wait another year and hire another company to do the job again. This was a complete waste of 3 days of my time and also $455 dollars."

"David came out right away to give an estimate and I had the estimate the following day. He was very personable and made sure to tell us a little about himself, his company,and his coworker Zach. We compared estimates and decided to go with David with scheduled work starting on July 28.
David, Zach, and Todd showed up July 28 around 8am. I was told that they had another job that they needed to finish up so Todd would be there all day and David/Zach would be back later.  I ran them through some of the additional work requests that were not included in the original estimate(re-tiling patch in shower, several more patches from the plumbers, baseboard). Received an estimate later that day and they even worked with us by using some left over materials from a previous  job to help lower the cost. 
We stopped by mostly every day, and at least one person was there anywhere between 7-8am and 6-7pm to get things done. There was a miscommunication early on regarding when they would be finished (initially was Thursday, then got pushed back to Saturday), but was able to reschedule all my other contractors so ended up not being a problem.  They also made sure to tell us of any issues they came across (downstairs drywall was pretty affected by the asbestos removal so gave options of just replace whole thing or fix). Really great about giving us quotes right away and not altering that figure after the fact. 
Overall, I think they all did a great job. They were all friendly and personable to talk to, took great care in protecting our floors, and kept us apprised of things as they went...all for a reasonable price. 
Note: Asbestos ceiling removal is pretty intensive and to repair the ceiling after the fact is even more so. We had not planned on repainting, but in order to smooth out the corners between the ceiling and wall, the mud came down about 1 foot (vs a couple of inches).

Due to other circumstances (not caused by this company), we decided to replace the countertop. Todd worked with our budget and installed pre-fab granite countertops and did a great job! In addition to that, he was very informative and gave us tips/advice on caring for other stone countertops that we had in our personal residence."

"Disappointed. Sound Tile and Grout was on the pricer side and I definitely did not feel that I received what I paid for. Part of the initial install was done poorly (more joints than necessary, see picture) and required the provider to return to reinstall portions of the tile which I was charged extra for. The provider did not clean up at the end of each day nor was the area thoroughly cleaned after the job was completed. The provider left pieces of tile on our front sidewalk and a track of dirt and debris down our stairwell. Grout haze was also not fully removed. At the end of the day the completed install did turn out well, but I would not recommend this company due to the above concerns."

"I needed an old driveway demolished and a new one (5") poured on a sloping property. He installed drains and was able to contour the surface for optimal parking angle. The whole project took three days as Joseph had promised. So far I'm pretty happy with the project."
