Honest contractor and is very hard to find one these days. I can’t thank him enough for the work he did in our space and I’ll be hiring him for my residential project as well. He is bit slow on the documentation side. if your project needs documentation, be patient, he has all documentation. But he has definitely improved on that since I hired him few days ago.
