"I had a great experience from beginning to end. The ease of planning virtually with detailed drawings made me skeptical they could deliver on budget. I was happily surprised and am finally enjoying a quality cedar fence! Thank you especially to Hector!"

"ATA/TV was excellent to work with and I am extremely happy with the end result. The project was to install a 70' x 6 to 15' concrete pad from the driveway, along the side of the house, and connect with an existing patio in the back yard. The pad is very close to the property line, and TV carefully planned drainage to prevent runoff on my neighbor's property. Highly recommend ATA and TV, will use again."

"Forefront 12 Construction trimmed out several windows for us and replaced some rotten wood on our chimney fascia. Everything looks great and we are thrilled with how well everything turned out! Hezekiah was professional, thorough, and communicated clearly with us throughout. We will definitely be hiring him again as we continue to remodel our house. We highly recommend Forefront 12 Construction!!"

"Hiring JWHeartt for some excavation I needed on my property to prep for a shop was a great decision. From the start, Johnlee was a pleasure to work with. From his integrity, to his responsiveness, and ultimately his efficiency and quality of work, it was an enjoyable and headache-free experience. I highly recommend JWHeartt for any of your interior or exterior needs, not just because of their quality and pride in their work, but because they're great, honest people."

"I am really pleased with our new backyard patio. I contacted 4 businesses and NW Patio was by far the lowest bidder for the project. Ray (an owner of the business) was able to fit our smaller project earlier into the schedule than he had anticipated. When a mid-project interruption occurred, the crew came on a Saturday so the project was concluded by the end of the week (the pallets/extra pavers also were picked up that Saturday). The team leader for the installation, Pablo, was a pleasure to work with, extremely helpful when resolving design issues and always courteous and patient with my inquiries. The transformation of our back yard with the addition of the new patio is amazing."

"I appreciated that Scott noticed and let me know about dry rot in soffits, and then did a great job adjusting schedule to all the roof to be repaired before the painting could continue. Also a great job with some simple carpentry repairing the tops of the posts as well as the vent the woodpecker had opened up, all at a very reasonable rate."

"My experience working with North Star Construction was top-notch. Mica, my primary contact through the project, was great to work with. It was nice to get progress status updates and detailed photos from her via email almost daily. Communication was good. They were responsive, professional, and the work they did looks really sharp. Final cost turned out to be more than estimated due to some rot discovered during the job, but I would certainly recommend NSC to anyone needing a quality re-roofing."

"

The one challenge with Class Act Carpentry is that the firm is busy.  The brothers were committed to a project out of Seattle when I purchased the deal.  So it took a few weeks until they could come to do the work.

And, I can see why they are in demand.  They took care of quite a list of concerns during the contracted time including:  assessing the issues; purchasing the materials; installing a kick guard on my back door and repairing damage to the door frame; replacing some rotting and missing lumber on my front fence; assessing my car port for structural decay; and planing the exterior basement door so it no longer sticks to the top step; as well as explaining and consulting with me on the projects.  They took care of the issues with dispatch and friendly professionalism.

The prepay amount was $280 for four hours of carpentry work.  The final amount was $308.88 to cover the tax for the service as well as materials.  It was money well spent.

FAQs for vinyl or pvc fence installation projects in North Bend, WA

The difference between PVC and vinyl fencing is nonexistent because PVC is simply a type of vinyl used in fence construction. Both terms describe a durable, low-maintenance material that resists rust and rot. This product is engineered for long-lasting performance, offering a reliable solution that meets both functional and aesthetic requirements.

You’ll get long-lasting, low-maintenance panels that won’t rust or rot, and you’ll find a wide range of colors and designs that are easy to install. Repairs cost $30 per linear foot, so keep that in mind if damage occurs, and be aware that extreme weather can reduce performance. Overall, vinyl offers a solid balance of durability and style, though you’ll pay a bit more if you need repairs. For many homeowners, the curb appeal and low upkeep still make vinyl fencing a worthwhile investment.

Vinyl fencing is more expensive than wood fencing. The higher cost is justified by its extended lifespan and lower maintenance requirements when compared to wood. Vinyl fence material persists longer and reduces the need for frequent repairs, which contributes to its value as a long-term investment. Installation may require additional time, but its dependable performance and refined look offer superior benefits.

The lifespan of a vinyl fence extends from 10 to 30 years. This duration is directly determined by the quality of the vinyl material, the precision of installation, and the prevailing weather conditions. A well-installed vinyl fence delivers robust performance, enduring durability, and an uncompromising appearance throughout its entire service life. The construction process reinforces its resilience against environmental challenges.

The ideal vinyl fence style depends on your specific needs for privacy, aesthetics, and functionality. A classic picket fence delivers an enduring, traditional look for front yards, while a privacy fence offers secure seclusion for backyards. A three-rail fence provides a balanced design that suits both decorative standards and performance expectations. Consider factors such as desired style, local climate, and long-term maintenance when selecting your perfect vinyl fence design.
