"I had a section of flooring re-installed and could not be happier with the results. The quality of the work was top notch. They were transparent, efficient, with great communication from start to finish. I highly recommend using their services to anyone looking for flooring solutions. Definitely a 5-star experience."

"Our vinyl plank flooring had cracka I.n it. Al moved the furniture in half the room rand removed the planking. He replaced the damaged planks and reinstalled the floor. Others suggested cutting out the bad planks and gluing in replacements. Al s method seems the better choice. It is closer to installing a new floor Glad we chose Al. Looks great."

"We have had Cesar for many projects over the last 10 years. Bathrooms, bedrooms , roof, deck, shingle replacement, interior and exterior painting. I wouldn't use anyone else for my major and minor home repair."

"The work was excellent. The installers did a great job."

"Installation went on without a hitch, however it has been about 3 month since the installation and we are starting to notice some issues with the installation (waves on the floor from the adhesive, some edges not fully glued down). We are waiting a little bit longer before we contact Empire concerning the installation. On the other hand the vinyl quality is great and we love the look and feel of the floor."

"Thank you, Armando, for the amazing tile work! You and your team are very talented, professional and obviously, you and your team love what you do. Installing hex tile is very hard and you did an incredible job! Francisco did fantastic job on the back splash. Overall, i strongly recommend Interceramic. My wife and i look forward to working with you on our next investment property."

"Mr. Powers, at first, was courteous and reliable; the project seemed to have problems, and he was getting frustrated at having to surface the existing deck due to its configuration; he claimed that the measurements and figures were off, while another professional disagreed with his calculations; the project was delayed due to materials being delayed by supplier; Mr. Powers suggested another other remedies for steps and that I purchase an additional type of board for $120, which I did; i paid Mr. Powers in full of the understanding that he would come back and finish off certain areas; during this time, a death occurred and he was unable to come when scheduled; when I texted Mr. Powers, he began belligerent, and cursed at me. I do not find it professional to curse at a client and refuse to take phone calls. I ultimately told Mr. Powers not to come back to my house and to refund the board I purchased that was in his possession. He did so. Since the time of completion, May 2026, numerous boards have come loose. I had someone else correct this issue, and now more boards are coming loose, which I texted him about and showed pictures of on September 9, 2026, and have not heard back from Mr. Powers regarding acknowledgment or addressing the loose boards, as my contract provides for two (2) years."

"I have had a lot of experience with contractors in the past for work in my house. I must say this was my best experience. The workers were on time each day as is Very important with my work schedule. Protective of non work areas , to and from the bathroom project. They completed the project on time. The work was exceptional. The (owner) contractor was in contact with me during the whole project in person and on the phone anytime I needed."

"Luis was awesome, he came out gave me an affordable price. He installed sod the next day, making my project a property. Dependable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. My lawn looks terrific, thanks to LTNS. Will definitely use him again for future projects."
