Moose came out twice, to assess, explain, and answer any questions we had, prior to us committing to giving them the job. Moose was very upfront about the cost, he even gave multiple prices, in the event the sewer line was not a straight run and it became necessary to jackhammer the concrete under my porch (thankfully that wasn't the case).
