He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. On the exterior he replaced a rotted window frame and missing clapboards, then patched and painted the wall. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. In addition, part of the demolition included tearing down two walls on the first floor and a strip of drywall by the front door. Furthermore, we are installing a pocket door and need to wait for that before drywall goes up, plus our plumber needs access to the shower before the durock goes up, and Bertie has already committed to helping us with those issues as soon as they are ready.
