"Brian was very professional and knowledgeable about the new deck from start to finish. Any question we had he could answer and he was a straight shooter. No double talk or promising things that didn't get done. The estimate he gave us for the deck was exactly what we paid. There were no "hidden" fees. When he started the project it was drizzly and chilly out but he said he was going to be there that day and he was there. He even came on one day that was snowing and also on Sundays. The work was exceptional. He replaced a small pressure treated deck that was rotting with a beautiful composite deck twice the size. The project was done when he said it would be done. We would highly recommended him and plan on using him again."

"Entire process exceeded my expectations from the initial contact I had with Alliance to the completion of the project. The proposal I received from Keith provided the level of detail I was looking for and he did a great job in going over the siding products Alliance offered to detailing all the necessary steps in the process. The installation process went very smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. The crew led by Serg were extremely professional, knowledgeable and focused. I could not be happier with the work they did and Serg kept me updated on how the project was progressing and was quick to reach out to me with any questions he had on the proposed installation approach. Therefore, I would recommend Alliance for any home improvement needs that you may need addressed. Lastly, I was so satisfied with the siding installation Alliance did I am now having them replace the two entry doors to my garage. Thank you again Sergiy, Keith, Serg and the rest of the installation crew. CFP Sr."

"Michael makes beautiful boards! I had him make me a custom board and he had it to me within 1 week. Great quality!"

"Well to begin, Dave was extremely patient with us as we couldn't decide on the color of the single for our home. His crew arrived promptly and was meticulous in terms of the installation of our roof as well as the clean up. I was personally concerned about the clean up as i take pride in my yard in terms of the lawn and flowers, especially along the sides of the house. My wife and I would absolutely recommend Dave and his crew to our friends and family. Thanks again Dave for an awesome job it was a pleasure working with you!"

"I will recommend ML finished carpentry to everybody. Macliver did a fantastic job with my stairs today and I couldn’t be more happier. Reasonable price, delivered on time I can’t wait for him to build me my walk in closet which is my next project with him"

"Colonial Restorations was superb.   Our family very much enjoyed working with Brad Green and Tom Green.

At the outset, they made thorough assessments of our family's barn, identifying several problem areas and offering multiple proposals for how best to address each (including strategies and estimates).  They walked through the different proposals with us, addressing all questions and discussing different options.  This was extremely constructive and important to the process.

They demonstrated very clear understanding of post-and-beam wood construction.  They displayed great expertise in working with wood (white oak, red oak, hemlock) and with the tools, jacks and cribbing needed for this work.  They worked carefully, always putting in place the necessary jacks and cribbing in advance of each phase of this project.

They were clear about their schedule and were very responsible about communicating with us.  If there were a day that they would not be on site, they let us know ahead of time.  With the exception of a snow storm and an illness, they were on site five days a week from the first week in January till the second week in February, 2016.

By the completion of this project, Colonial Restorations had made significant and important structural repairs to our barn.  This work was done with care, craft, accuracy, and to code.  (All elements of this project were examined and passed by the building inspector.)  Most important, these repairs respected and worked with the existing structure and materials of the barn.

We could not be happier with these repairs or with the work done by Colonial Restorations.  It was a pleasure working with Brad and Tom."

"We have used On the Spot for nearly 5 years on multiple properties. They consistently provide fantastic general contracting and repair services. They are always easy to communicate with, incredibly responsive, and perform high-quality work. Cannot recommend them more highly!"

"I couldn't be happier with Joe and his crew.  From first contact and the time we met to get an estimate I could tell right off the bat he knew exactly what he was talking about, and was very professional about everything.  I met with 2 other contractors, and even though Home Facelifters wasn't the cheapest, I knew that they would get the job done right and on time.  They dealt with all of the city inspectors and dealt with pulling all the permits, they helped me pick out many of the different items for the house like the cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, and even colors for the walls.  There were some things that I thought I wanted a certain way but Joe was always willing to try and explain why another way might be better, which I do appreciate.  The payment process was very simple, we did go over our original estimate, but he had told me upfront there was a chance we would find things behind the walls that we couldn't predict, and I was prepared to possibly go over by a certain amount so that wasn't a problem.  The work was done very quickly, and the quality of everything is great.  I will definitely be using Joe and his crew on future projects of mine.

"IT was great! I have never had a problem working with this company. The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. Patricia and Victoria have gone out of their way to return my many phone calls on the weekends too. You just don't get customer service these days anymore like the bullbag provides. They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and did it professionally and pleasantlly. It is a pleasure working with such an honest and reputable company. Especially since the dumpster industry has not been know for this! These guys are definitely setting the bar high for all their competition."

"It went great. Everyone I worked with at Vista from Devon who quoted the job, to Keith the constructions supervisor, to Pasha the job boss, to Kim in the office, was punctual, responsive, polite, and professional. Vista was not the least expensive quote on my roof, but they provided outstanding customer service and communication. The job was done in one day. They left my yard clean and neat and, aside from a few dings in the lawn from the dumpster, just as it was before the job. The new roof looks amazing. I highly recommend Vista.
