"Preston came over in an hour after I first reached out regarding a sewer line blockage (and it was on a Sunday). He quoted a really fair price and worked until the clog was freed. He then did a toilet reinstall for next to nothing. He'll be my go-to for any jobs on the future."

"I was called within two minutes of placing my inquiry, and the job was scheduled for the next morning. He went above and beyond to help us identify short and potential long term solves for our drain. Will definitely be using Drain Frog again - highly recommend."

"They were professional and friendly. Job was completed in on day (i needed a switch and a tank). He explained the system to me and how it works, as I've never had a well before moving. I was shown the rust and damage to the tank, and that made paying for it less painful; as I knew that the work was necessary. When someone comes to my house for service, and they don't explain what they are doing clearly and why...well let's just say they score if they do. They do wave diagnostic charges if you go with them for service. Thanks again!"

"Nick replaced our water heater. We were very pleased with his work. He was very efficient and punctual, explained everything clearly. We certainly will recommend him to others, and will use him for any future plumbing needs."

"Tub wouldn't drain Saturday night. They called me Sunday morning, and came out within a couple of hours. No extra charge for the weekend. Professional, clean, and very friendly."

"THE CREW WERE NEAT, CLEAN, & COURTEOUS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB, & CLEANED UP EVERYTHING."

"Responded fast communicated clearly and got my kitchen sink draining quickly"

"Pilgrim was great ! My wife spoke with Kenzie in the phone. She was very helpful. We have a very large, protective rescue dog who needs to be secured when anyone comes to work on our house. She called when the technician was on his way. Her communication was great. The technician, Freddy, was very professional and personable. He explained everthing he was doing and also had good communication skills. Freddy was very thorough and clearly takes pride in his profession. I highly recommend Pilgrim AC & heating service. Thank you for a job well done by everyone. We had our annual central AC system maintenance done."

"I called Van yesterday evening to ask about clearing a drain at my home. He was responsive, quick and we scheduled a time the next day. He and Toni came to my home and after some inspections of the issue cleared the drain with little to no mess. They both were friendly, professional , prompt and quick to work. I would and plan to hire them in the near future for any and all plumbing repairs."

"Came out immediately and got my sewer unclogged -- was very appreciative as the holidays were right around the corner."
