They came out and identified that the installation was done incorrectly (the wires were twisted) so another installer came back and disconnected the two fans, and promised to return to complete the job. I've sent several texts and have heard nothing from them... Pretty lousy customer service, now I have two useless fans."

"Mr. Mike is truly an honest and very admirable handy man. He is true to his word and explains to you everything he is doing on your home remodel project. He listens to you about everything you want in your remodel plans. I was very nervous to find someone to help me redo my front main bathroom again after the first contractor never showed back up to finish the job. Mr. Mike showed up on time. He looked at my floor and looked at my bathroom. He immediately knew I had a water leak. The tile grout was all cracking on the bathroom floor and the bathroom had a terrible smell like old wet rotted wood. I am over the moon happy about my new bathroom and beautiful floors throughout my whole house. He also installed new interior doors. I loved the guys work and honesty so much that I redid another bathroom in my back bedroom. Mr. Mike is a handy man keeper!"
