He will return at my convenience to do a little more. We have had great luck with our floors and both he and I decided it was not the product but rather how my house had moved. At first, we were only going to do the upstairs bedrooms and baths, but after seeing how great of job they did, we decided to let them install this same materials on the first floor. The result is PHENOMENAL. Every joint between each plank was tightly fit together, zero gap. Yuri is THE MAN. We also had them sand and re-stain steps for our staircase to match the flooring.
