"The technician, Tyler, prompt and showed up at the appointed time.  He even called ahead to let me know he was on his way.  It was hot as Hades outside that day and he performed an exterior pest control treatment and even removed spider webs that were on the outside of the house to help make the pest control treatment more effective.  That was an added bonus in my book as most technicians likely would have just sprayed the perimeter and left given that the temp outside was close to 100 degrees and the heat index had it feeling like 110 outside.  He took the extra step without prompting.  Moreover, since I have infants, he was courteous enough to not ring the doorbell and to softly knock so as to make sure he didn't wake the babies up in case they were sleeping.  That was huge in my book as I have had countless people not even pay attention to the note that is right next to the doorbell asking them to not ring it because of the babies.  Its the little things in my book!  Would definitely recommend Allgood Pest Solutions..."

"Nathan was very responsive. He showed up the day after we called and began work right away. He was extremely professional, and over the course of 2 weeks, he completely rid our home of rats. He caught 10 of them, and there is evidence that one got away and went somewhere else. The difference between Animal Pros and Terminix is night-and-day, and there is a reason that Nathan is able to command a price premium. Animal Pros was worth every penny for the peace of mind that the service brought us, and we would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone who has a similar problem!"

"I also had them for regular pest control on separate contract but they seem to be increasing that quite a bit each year and I wasn't happy with that. There pest control service now is using a device that they plant on the ground, several device around your house and up the canisters, and they put in there some kind of a piece of a wood treated with an insecticide. It supposedly lures termites away from your house in canisters. They eat that wood and die. They don't actually come out and spray anymore. These little canisters are in the ground and gets there every once and a while to check and make sure to see if there are termites or if it needs to be refilled. The annual cost of that is two hundred and seventy dollars and that's after we pay an initial to set them up, and several hundred dollars to have their service. Keep an eye on the cost because we had them for the regular pest control and the initial set up costs are kind of expensive, it seems like we payed, and as I looked back, probably close to a thousand dollars for both of their services: the termite and pest control. I'm a little bit concerned for when they were doing the pesticide pest control because I felt they were kind of excessive with the chemicals and we have a lot of birds around the house, we have pets and they would often park they truck up and lay the hose and just throw at the back and basically just spray everything inside. It wasn't really healthy for our animals or the birds"

"Although they had serviced our home very well for 16 years, their service took a down turn this year when the Exterminator who had serviced our home for those 16 years left the company. First, the company did not have the courtesy to let us know their had been a change in the person we expected in our home. What they said was "someone else is helping him catch up on his schedule". (Hence "fair" rating on "professionalism".) Second, his replacement, although punctual and friendly, was not familiar with the pest control techniques which had been used so successfully inside our home by his own company. Also his treatment of the "lawn" was confined to a few feet from the house. (Hence the "bad" rating on "quality" . . . we did not get the quality of service we had been paying for and expecting for 16 years.)"
