"After 5 days of no hot water and multiple neighbors trying to troubleshoot my hot water heater issues, I called several local plumbing companies and am thankful I went with J. Stephens. The owner, Jay, spent 30 minutes on the phone with me, a recently divorced Mom who knew nothing about hot water heaters, explaining in detail the potential issues I was facing and even made suggestions on how my lucky neighbors and I might continue to try and repair on our own! After no such luck, and realizing it was time for a new one, I called Jay back and he spent more time on the phone reviewing tankless vs traditional water heaters. Jay had his two technicians, James and Jay at my house the same day and a tankless water heater installed at a fair price. James and Jay were extremely professional, courteous, and kind. They cleaned up, swept my garage, took care of a clogged bathroom sink, answered all of my annoying questions with patience and offered to come back to adjust the temperature setting if necessary. They were at my house until well past 7 pm and were hurrying to get to two more jobs that evening. That type of hustle is impressive. Additionally, I learned from James that one of the owners is a female and an Air Force Veteran which I love! I am thrilled with my entire experience, from the customer service to the price. J.
