He gave me a reasonable quote for what I needed done and then communicated with me by email, phone and text to make sure I understood the job and knew what would be happening next. He had to coordinate the job with Eversource which was not easy at all, but he kept at them. He apologized to me several times for how Eversource kept rescheduling when it wasn’t his fault at all. When the day came to have it done, Sean and his crew were on time, got right to work and were very professional. And they always took their shoes off before coming in the house! The job was inspected by the town, which he coordinated, and it was done right and passed. I definitely recommend them and I will be using them again myself!"

He showed up promptly, did some work to get us up and running again, then provided an estimate to move our meter and changeover our fusebox to a new breaker system. "It went great. Fast appointment, technician promptly showed up. In addition to the main problem, I had a number of small things I wanted advice/estimates on in an old house with quirky updates over the years and he took care of several of them quickly during the walk-through for no specific extra charges (including disconnecting some outlets and circuits that were made obsolete in a previous re-model and never removed from the main panel). The main problem turned out to be a non-problem, which was a relief, but he was patient with me to sort out that my new space heater was drawing so much power and demonstrated the difference of power draw on the circuit with using and it and not using it. He also gave some advice on the aging and not-quite-to-modern code main disconnect switch and sent me a prompt estimate for resolving it."
