"We are very pleased with the work done by Paul and his team. They were courteous, professional, punctual and easy to communicate with. It was a tricky job becaus of space restrictions and we are happy with the end result and the work was completed within the time frame initally given. We have done some major renovations previously and know that there are so many things that can go wrong in a big job like this but all was smooth and calm. I would definitely use for future jobs and recommend to others."

"Since parts of the house are over 100 years old, I knew that I would need a lot of new decking under the roof. I also needed drip edge material installed to prevent ice dam problems that I had been experiencing. I also needed trim repair and gutters. Everything turned out great. The timing was great as well. that got it done in 3 days working dawn to dusk just before the cold weather set in. The acid test was the one stretch in January where we got at least 18 inches of snow without a thaw. I had the ice dams as usual but no leaks this time. This outfit is very professional and is a real bargain if your looking for top quality workmanship. "I’ve always wanted a second bathroom. I contacted JK Complete R&C. Jack came to my home and assessed the would be project. Jack gave me a reasonable price, start and proposed finish date. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. "Angelo Pecoraro, the owner of A.P. Builder, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our major remodeling project of adding a sunroom to our home. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. "We've needed a major staircase upgrade for years and got Caesar and his crew to do it. As we decided on this we mentioned our half bathroom on the main level. He gave us a very fair price on the labor for that, and in fact was able to get us a beautiful and custom made vanity and top. The workmanship is top notch and all the men in the crew are very personable. Caesar not only listens, but he readily ask you questions as to your input on how things be done to your liking. The stairs and powder room turned out beautiful. We've already told Caesar that his services for another project will be needed in the fall."

"I had used Old World Carpentry in the past for a major repair/painting job on the outside trim of our house. Therefore I knew James was the right choice to remove/reinstall an outside railing on our roof. James arrived promptly on short notice to remove the railing. After roofing and stucco repairs were made he again returned to fabricate and reinstall the railing which now looks as good as new. James also fabricated a kickplate for our new trash compactor which matches the existing woodwork in our kitchen. I would definitely use James again for any carpentry job. <br />"
